Company start-up period
The Alome Elf Country was established by Rize Enterprise in 2017, and Rize Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. However, he did not expect that his colleagues would find other jobs and retreat from the company. General Manager Huang was not willing to lose the money he invested. Decided to stick to this path of self-employment.
Establish exclusive production lines and mechanisms
Rui Ze chose to design products by himself and marketed the products as a trading company. It start from a small company of two or three people, launching its own products, but soon discovered that there are similar products on the market. The price of the product was the same, but it was later discovered that the foundry secretly took the finished product out to the trading company. This experience made her decide that she must establish her own production line and master the production process to avoid the same situation again. So rely on self-designed and manufactured machines to establish flexible and fast production processes and mechanisms.
Exploit overseas markets and go international
In the initial stage, we did not accept large cases, and followed the trader route. We accepted small cases of one or two cases. It was not easy to enter the market in Taiwan, so we switched to the export market. After three or four years, we gradually made some money and invested again. The company, adhering to the principle of conservative management and no borrowing, gradually opened up the market. It was not easy to enter the Taiwan market, so it began to work hard in the export market, and began to travel to exhibitions all over the world, borrowing from participating in international exhibitions to find customers to explore overseas markets. At home and abroad related exhibitions such as fairs, household goods fairs, etc., participated in the exhibition everywhere, looking for customers at home and abroad, and finally gradually opened up overseas markets. Since both marketing and production are in the hands, Rize can immediately respond to market changes, adjust the products produced, and make products that meet market needs, so it gradually opens up the market and lays the foundation for the international market.
Become a strong brand of air fragrances for domestic vehicles in Taiwan
Taiwan's largest domestic car air fragrance manufacturer, Rui Ze Enterprise, has started with a 40-square-meter garage and now has a 4,400-square-meter factory in Yingge area. From OEM to self-owned brand AROMATE, Rui Ze has captured nearly 3% of the world. With a market share of %, it has become a strong brand of air fragrances for domestic vehicles in Taiwan, and will move towards the market.
